Before we talk.
What language is Tripper in?
Tripper's interface is currently in Spanish. Your services and tours can be handled in several languages (languages per service, guide and rate). If you need it in another language, tell us when we talk.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Tripper runs in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone.
Does it replace my current spreadsheets?
The idea is to gradually bring bookings, rates and operations into one place. While you get started, you can keep your spreadsheets and compare.
Does it work if I sell through agencies?
Yes. You register your agencies and assign each one its rate card, valid by date. Every booking keeps the price that was applied.
Do sales and operations see the same thing?
They work on the same bookings, but each person logs in with their role: admin, sales, operations, finance, guide, driver or read-only. A guide, for example, only sees their services for the day, without prices.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. You can check bookings, the day's program and pending items from your phone.
Is my data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Each company has its own workspace, and each user can only access their own company's information.
